Returns

We will be happy to exchange your purchase for a replacement up to the value of your return or to make a refund using the same card or payment service as used when you made your purchase, if the product is faulty or the packaging is damaged. 

Please make sure your return is securely packaged and please obtain a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
To return an item please contact us at hello@tiddley-pom.com and we will provide you with address details for postage - Please note we do not refund the cost of postage or cover the cost of returning products. 

Once your return has been received by our team it can take up to 7 working days to fulfil your request. When we’ve dealt with your return we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember that it can take 3 to 4 days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.

Can I Change my mind? 

As a consumer, you have legal rights to cancel a Contract during the periods set out below and receive a refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

If you wish to cancel a Contract and return the Product(s) to us, then provided the Product(s) remain in the same condition that you received them and, specifically, remain unopened, you may do so at any point within 14 days from the day after receiving them. 

How do I cancel an order?
You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same or next day that they are received. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
